It was the fall of 2013 that we saw our first alpaca at the Missouri State Fair. Barbara was hooked and reeled in, and set out to learn all she could about these animals she had fallen in love with. After much research, visiting alpaca farms, building a barn and fencing pastures, we started our alpaca farming venture by purchasing a small herd of three huacaya female alpacas in July 2015. The following spring we experienced the birth of our first baby, or cria, a male we named Jabez Blessing. Our herd continues to grow.
Our commitment to future generations of North American alpacas begins with selective breeding, as we strive to produce the finest animals with the most luxurious fiber. Our goal is to educate people about the benefits of alpaca farming and the uniqueness of alpaca products.
